Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we authorize your return please send the product back to the Equipment Blades Inc. If you have a return or exchange please contact us at 60 for return authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our policy is you must return items within 30 days. We recommend you put a tape measure to it. We are happy to provide drawings and consult to verify the correct part #'s. Please double check and verify the dimensions and description including the hole pattern and bolt size of the part numbers in your order and verify they are correct. If the product is not in stock you will promptly be notified and it may take 3 to 5 weeks for your order to be filled (we will clearly communicate this to you). In stock product typically arrives within 3-5 business days depending on your location. Customer can expect shipping lead time to be 1 to 10 business days. If the product is over 150 lbs it will ship LTL freight. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as the product is shipped. If the product is in stock it will ship from our warehouse located in Sioux Falls, SD within 24 hours.
